Wanna be braver? Explore my book!

You’d lift a car off a loved one who was stuck in pain, because love’s a superpower like that.

But when you’re the one in pain,
do you Hulk out for yourself?

Do you summon the inner strength
it takes to lift the crushing weight
of habits that keep you stuck?

You want a meaningful life.
But are you willing to do what it takes to live that way?

If you can lift a whole-ass car off someone to save them,
you can lift what’s holding you down,
and wriggle yourself free.

Show some heroism for yourself.
Save your own life.
